1. If you are not yet a member of Mill Cove, please include your annual membership dues of at least $51.00 (Sustaining
Member level), along with a completed application. Dues are paid for each calendar year without proration.
2. Please submit this form along with your payment of annual dues, if not yet paid, to Mill Cove, Inc. at PO Box 262
Mansfield, PA 16933 for processing.
Mill Cove is Open to Hunting
* Please note that Mill Cove is open to hunting during PA Game Commissions seasons.
The entire Mill Cove Area is under lease from the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers and provisions of our lease apply to all users of the facilities and area.
