Capital Project Campaign

The plan is to construct a 50’ X 72’ pavilion with the western end enclosed to eventually house a kitchen and restroom area.  

Presently the Mill Cove Board of Directors are pursuing a basic structure consisting of support posts, rafter & roof, A frame, porch, concrete floor, and handicapped entrance slab.  

The site work was completed in 2020 by Gas Field Specialists.  The site overlooks the new pond and a spectacular view across the Mill Creek Valley. 

The goal of the Mill Cove Board is to complete the basic structure this year and then complete the finishing elements with volunteer help when funds are available.
